the blurb | garrett's ramblings Aside from the disaster that is Gaza at the moment, 2009 is off to a good start. It was damn cold here for NYE, but we had a good time chilin' at Jeff and Mel's. The birds were kind enough to dispatch the Vikings without too much drama. As for new year's resolutions, this year I'm going with "balance". Across the board, I'm going to try to level things out. A little more sleep, a little less poker, a little more reading, a little less TV, that kind of thing.
